“Everything you want, is on the other side of fear.

I’m Andy

This is me, Andy!
The real me talking to the real you.
I’ve been there too, I see you – life wasn’t easy on me either.
Heck, It taught me to take responsibility for myself at a very young age. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows.

Being knocked down early in life, I instinctively went into action mode. I worked my way up (and my ass off) from sales assistant to Head of Learning and Development and in multiple big corporate names across the EU. This without any degree.

It took guts. It took courage. It took action.

I’m not gonna lie – I failed.
I failed multiple times.
Do you know what matters most? I got back up.
I got back up into action mode.
So, my degree got swapped for a crystal-clear plan, unwavering belief, courage, perseverance, and action.

Everything I did, came with a grain of boldness. It still does. (Maybe you’ve missed seeing me dancing in my stories and high-fiving myself every day? Told you – I’m bold.)

Life brings its challenges and I have been surprised about how much strength we, human beings, have inside of us.

Belief eats strategy for breakfast.

I want you to know what some of my beliefs are. Because those are the ones you will be immersed in during our time together.

First of all, you’re not stuck.
No, you are not. You believe those limiting beliefs. As soon as we get in action, you become and own your unwavering beliefs.

Second, being an entrepreneur requires having a feeling of ownership. Excelling in being, feeling and doing. I know – it doesn’t sound sexy. Becoming an unstoppable entrepreneur isn’t for the faint-hearted. It takes courage, dedication, failure and discipline. Don’t worry, I’ll turn your fear into focused action. Now that’s sexy.

Third, I believe your business is a tool that you use to create the life you want. Not the other way around. You want a pink Mercedes? I’ve got u. You want to buy that villa in Ibiza? You got it, because I’m about to buy mine in Malaga.

Fourth, I think you’re probably dreaming too small.
A villa in Ibiza? How about a VILLAge? How about a pink Mercedes for your mom, your sister, yourself and your best friend?

Andyway, you get the gist:
We identify what you truly want – we make a plan – I get you in action mode – you will achieve.

I strongly believe every great mentor has a mentor. Because you can only take someone on a consistent journey when you walk the path yourself. Continuously learning, evolving, and growing yourself. So thank you, Mel Robbins and Marie Forleo for being fantastic role models.

My mentor curriculum is based on the work of transformation leaders such as Brendon Burchard, Tony Robbins, Mindvalley, and Wim Hof. You have taught me to become a better version of myself than I was yesterday. Every day.
